Perfume Dupes!

If you're a fan of Thierry Mugler - Alien Perfume and the La Petite Robe Noire - Guerlain perfume, but not a huge fan of the price? Not to worry!

I picked up these from Primark (I'm not sure what Primark stores stock it, but it's worth a look)

This item is a dupe for Alien, by Thierry Mugler, and it was only £6 for a 75ML bottle. I am a huge fan of Thierry Mugler and actually have 3 bottles still in the box, unopened because I wanted to stock up on it.

French Kiss Eau De Parfum

This item is a dupe for La Petite Robe Noire by Guerlain (The little black dress), bottle size is 75ML and smells extremely similar. This one cost £8. It's funny how I came across this perfume. I saw a tester and thought this was the correct box, I couldn't see any info on the box and I was in a rush, so I picked this one up thinking it was the one I had tested in store. When I got home and opened the box, I wasn't disappointed because I'd actually been running low on my Guerlain perfume and haven't used it in such a long time. Though I would still like to go back and purchase the other perfume I had tested previously.

BEAUTY FORMULA Clay Mask With Activated Charcoal

So, I showed you in a previous post, a new face wash I was using by BEAUTY FORMULA, and I wasn't aware they made clay masks as well, so when I was out shopping in B&M Bargains, I spotted these at the back of the shelf and picked up 4, and another 3 face washes. 

It is absolutely amazing. This is the first time I have ever used a clay mask, and I wasn't disappointed. Usually I have terrible reactions to anything I put on my face, but this was perfect. Smells great, easy to layer on and easy to take off after 15 minutes! 

It was at a bargain price of 99p!

I've had some items come in that I've ordered and will get around to swatching them soon. Still a couple of more things on the way. I'm extremely busy getting ready for the PRE show the end of this month, so sorry for that. I've also gone and ordered the Dermacol foundation today, the full coverage stuff. I haven't much luck with foundations and I'd prefer full coverage, so I am hoping this will work! I've seen some great reviews about it, so yeah, extremely excited about that!

Oh, and speaking of the show, I've been asked to do makeup for the lady that is riding my horses. She is entering one of our stallions into the dressage to music and is doing it to Burlesque! I am quite nervous as I've never done anyone elses makeup before, apart from my brother when he was little, hahaha!

For now, I must get on with preparing for the show!

Choco Musk Perfume

Just another quick post! 

I ordered this roll on perfume to try out.

I am a sucker for chocolate scented things. I love chocolate but I can only have a little as it does make me feel quite sick, very quickly!

This perfume was from Amazon, and £3.99

It is a 6ml bottle but it is strong and lasts for a while. I have already had people ask me what I'm wearing!

It is alcohol free and it's ingredients are Benzyl Salicylate, Benzyl Benzoate.

It is called AL-REHAB Perfumes - Choco Musk.

They also do a bottle version, but I wanted to try the smaller, cheaper roll on before buying the bigger product and it's safe to say that I will be going ahead with it!

Pros: Smells good, lasts all day, not much needed.
Cons: Stains yellow if left on overnight.

Beauty Formulas Charcoal Facial Scrub

I picked this tube up whilst at the checkout at the beauty outlet in Festival Park. I have tried so many facial scrubs and I haven't found one that doesn't sting my face or give me some sort of results. I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, and though it doesn't actually really do anything to blackheads and unblocking of pours, it does leave my face super smooth. And I've been suffering terribly lately with extremely dry skin.

It's quite a big tube, you only need a small amount and it lathers up pretty well. It has micro ground apricot seeds that exfoliate the skin. It feels nice! You only need to use it 1 to 2 times a week. It is vegan safe as well, which I was very happy about (Though it does not state this on the packaging) I had to do some googling first.

It is a 150ml bottle (4.9 fl oz.(US)

And it comes at a price of £1.99! Though I have since seen it in BM Bargains for 99p! So I guess if you look around, you may find it cheaper somewhere else! But it's worth it. I'm definitely going to be stocking up on this.

New blog change!

If you have visited this page before, you may notice I have changed the whole blog. I'm actually loving the header now. I thought I'd go for a lighter looking blog, even though I'm still pretty much a metal head lass!

I realise I have a lot of rubbish throughout my blog, I've tried to get rid of that. It is pretty cringey reading back through a lot of it.

I do have an obscene amount of makeup that I haven't even tried yet and have yet to even review it, but I will get around to it! I have another pallet on the way, it's also supposed to be a dupe for the Naked Heat pallet. I won't be able to compare as I do not, nor can afford to buy, the Naked Heat pallet.

I still don't wear makeup as much as I used to. Summer is definitely not going to let me wear it this year, it has been extremely hot.

My skin, however, has cleaned up a lot.

I've been using some items I will be posting about once I've taken some photos. I'm extremely lazy and I have left my camera downstairs.

Sorry I've been gone...

Neglecting this again!

Before I get into it, I will be trying to keep this blog updated now and then.

I put myself on a no buy ban and I broke that within 2 weeks or so :/ Haha!

My makeup desk is full now and I've moved it back in to my own room.

(I had it in the spare room next to mine but was fed up of having to go back and forth)

I've not updated photos since it's been back here, but I guess I should take a few photos in a couple of days.

Anyway, I'm playing a lot of Overwatch lately and I'm more active on Twitter/Facebook and Instagram.

The spare room will be turned into a second bedroom, as I have so much stuff and I have 2 sides to me. My dark, black and purple, goth room, with skulls and witchy items. And then I have a lot of pastel items and unicorns and rainbow stuff that I am going to be putting next door. So far, I have a lilac carpet, white furniture, and I'm going to paint it lilac and pink and keep within that theme. Then I'll put my makeup back in there and use it as my chill room and for makeup blogging and all that jazz, and then people can stay over in there. My room has cats that constantly like to pester me when it comes to being at my makeup desk and so it get's a bit stressy. Fed up of finding my makeup brushes in my bed and over the floor and bits and bobs missing, haha!

I'm also going to be selling wardrobe/drawer knobs and necklaces and earrings, so keep an eye on a blog post of that, soon!
